At San Ramon Danville Village, we’re a nonprofit community of neighbors helping
neighbors—dedicated to empowering older adults to live independently and thrive in their own
homes. Our members, age 55 and older, reside in San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, and nearby
areas and share a commitment to aging with connection, purpose, and dignity.

Home Safety and Accessibility Consultations
We help identify improvements to make your home safer and more comfortable, supporting your independence.

Friendly Volunteer Support
Our trained volunteers assist with:
- Rides to doctor’s appointments, errands, or events
- Light home maintenance like small repairs or yard work
- Tech help for phones, tablets, and computers
- Friendly check-in calls and social visits

A Growing Menu of Personalized Support Services
As our Village expands, so do our offerings. We may be able to assist with:
- Short-term help after a hospitalization
- Meal prep or grocery delivery during recovery
- Hospital or home visit companionship
- Connections to financial planners, care managers, and other specialists
We’re always listening to what our members need and finding new ways to help. If you’re unsure whether a service is available, just ask—we’re here to support you.

San Ramon Valley Village is a community of people who are committed to supporting each other in living full, vibrant lives as they age. We welcome your interest, ask that you read the following criteria for membership to see if San Ramon Valley Village is a good fit for you.
Membership Criteria
- Must be resident within our service area: Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda.
- 55 years of age or older.
- Capable of living independently with long-term services and support.
- Current relationship with a medical provider.
- No known major cognitive impairments, such as dementia, unless the individual is living with a partner who can provide the necessary care.
- A stable home environment.
- Able to provide emergency contact information for family, friends, or others.

You will be contacted by a Village Representative to answer any questions and to sign your
Membership Agreement. You may pay your membership fee at that time.

Community Care Membership (Supported Membership)
We believe every older adult deserves support—regardless of income. A limited number of Community Care Memberships are available for those who need help covering the membership fee. This program is completely confidential. To learn more, please call us at 925-984-0537 or email [email protected].
